Questions and troubleshooting
Changes, the test address, versions, resets, children
- You want to unblock a site or remove LockedWeb
- Request it in your dashboard. Protection stays on during the 72-hour wait, and you can cancel the request at any time. After 72 hours, a one-time code completes the change. On a family device, that code goes to the parent who manages it.
- Cloudflare's test address still opens
- Check the hostname for typos, then close and reopen Chrome.
- Finding your model and Android version
- Settings › About phone. On Samsung, the version is under Software information.
- Do I need to reset my phone?
- Only for LockedWeb Maximum, which is installed as the phone's owner. Back up first.
- Setting up a child's phone
- LockedWeb can protect it: the parent holds the unlock code, and nobody receives browsing reports, parents included.
